In order to standardize Magic Guitars’ market order, protect the common rights and interests of our customers, dealers,and cooperative partners, we upgrade our anti-forgery enquiry system, intensify our effort to fight against counterfeits.
Our old system only support authentic query by providing product code to our customer service representative, but from now on, we will paste anti-counterfeiting QR code in the back of our guitars. our customers could use the code to query the authentic of guitar in our Wechat official account by themselves.
Query steps are as follow:
